LTF & AYWC IN COLLABORATION WITH BYU - HAWAII INTERACT WITH OBIRI YEBOAH BUSINESS STUDENTS


A strong delegation from Brigham Young University in Hawaii visited Obiri Yeboah Senior High School kind courtesy Lost Talent Foundation and Assinman Yes We Can Foundation. Mr. Richard Sarpong, CEO of Lost Talent Foundation and Nana Kuntuo-asare, Programs Manager for Assinman Yes We Can Foundation orchestrated this educational venture. This collaboration was meant to give these students the needed exposure and also learn about certain dynamics in setting up a capital-free business through the internet. The lecture was dubbed "Zero Money Digital Start-Ups and Entrepreneurial Confidence" and was presented by Professor Paul Wilson, Megan Russell (Senior - BYU), Aaron Shields (Senior - BYU) and supported by Nana Kuntuo-asare (MA/BA - UCC). A full house of 180 business students participated in this educational workshop which was very educative. Lost Talent Foundation and Assinman Yes We Can prioritise Education as key to the development of Assin and beyond. It is therefore important to bring such programs to the doorstep of the Youth of Assin and it's environs.
